SOUTHLAND is currently offering a hiring bonus for new School Bus Drivers. Drivers assigned to a regular route are eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus. Spare drivers are eligible for a $500 hiring bonus. This will be paid out following six months of employment. As a School Bus Driver, you will work a split shift, being paid for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Drivers work during the school year and are given time off in July and August.
