Job Title: SAP Warehouse Coordinator
Job Description
The SAP Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse and company store operations within a large, automated manufacturing environment. This role manages inbound materials, shipping and receiving activities, and inventory accuracy while leveraging SAP S/4HANA and warehouse management systems to support production and supply chain efficiency. The coordinator also leads root cause investigations for supply chain and inventory issues, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound materials, storage, and outbound shipments.
Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of all materials and products.
Coordinate and manage the company store operations, ensuring stock accuracy and efficient material flow.
Use SAP S/4HANA and warehouse management systems to manage inventory, track material movements, and support production planning.
Lead and investigate critical supply chain root cause analyses (RCAs) for quality incidents and inventory deviations.
Monitor and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOM) and support production planning activities as needed.
Analyze data using advanced Excel functions and Power BI to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure materials are available and aligned with production schedules.
Maintain high standards of organization within the warehouse, including proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping.
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with GMP requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and support operational goals.
Stay calm and level-headed under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator or in a similar warehouse operations role.
Strong proficiency with SAP, including SAP S/4HANA and warehouse management systems.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
Experience supporting supply chain, shipping and receiving, and inventory management activities.
Ability to lead and investigate root cause analyses (RCAs) for supply chain quality incidents and inventory deviations.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain level-headed and effective under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
The role is based in a large, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that operates under GMP standards. The environment is very clean, with heavily automated, state-of-the-art equipment supporting production and warehouse operations. Team members must comply with GMP requirements and wear appropriate PPE, including hairnets, beardnets, coats, and safety shoes. The facility employs approximately 400–500 people, with around 100 people per crew across four crews, fostering a busy and collaborative atmosphere. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime available after 40 hours.
