SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead at Querentia — NeverHard

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead with SAP functional consulting experience to lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstreams within large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in the Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain processes, combined with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders while driving solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules. Define, validate, and optimize business processes across: Maintenance Management Work Management Materials Management Procurement Inventory Management Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and SAP standards. Implementation & Delivery Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities. Oversee configuration and functional design across: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP Materials Management (MM) SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Procurement & Supply Chain processes Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Utilities Industry Expertise Apply industry knowledge across Utilities operations including: Power Generation Transmission Distribution Water & Wastewater Translate utility business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor functional consultants across EAM and SCM workstreams. Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders. Build strong relationships with business SMEs, project leadership, and technical teams. Provide strategic guidance and functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with teams across: Finance Procurement Operations Field Service GIS Asset Management Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and enterprise applications. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Recommend process improvements leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities. Drive adoption of: SAP Fiori Predictive Maintenance Analytics & Reporting Intelligent Asset Management solutions Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business value. Required Qualifications 12 16 years of SAP functional consulting experience. Strong expertise in: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) SAP Materials Management (MM) SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Proven experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. Strong Utilities industry experience. Deep understanding of maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Experience leading large functional teams and complex transformation initiatives. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred. Additional SAP EAM, SCM, PM, MM, or EWM certifications are considered an asset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions. Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and analytics. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs within Utilities organizations. Familiarity with GIS, Field Service Management, and Asset Performance Management solutions.
