Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead Analyst to drive financial process optimization and system enhancement initiatives for our freshly upgraded S/4HANA on RISE environment. This role requires proven expertise in S/4HANA Finance modules, post-upgrade optimization experience, and the ability to coordinate complex projects with business stakeholders and outsourced vendor teams while maximizing the value of our newly upgraded system. This position is based out of our Downtown Calgary Head Office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. A Day in the Life Strategic Leadership Lead post-upgrade optimization and continuous improvement for S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO, PS, TRM, Cash, OpenText VIM) in our freshly upgraded environment Coordinate complex finance projects with outsourced development teams and internal stakeholders for customizations and integrations Develop comprehensive 3-year finance technology roadmap leveraging new S/4HANA upgrade capabilities Operational Excellence Lead business process reengineering initiatives leveraging S/4HANA finance capabilities Implement month-end close optimization and automation opportunities Design and deploy real-time financial reporting and analytics solutions Provide Level 3 support and escalation resolution for complex finance issues Technical Leadership Serve as subject matter expert for S/4HANA Finance module configurations and customizations Oversee integration between S/4HANA and external financial systems (planning, consolidation, etc.) Lead testing and validation for system updates and finance-related enhancements Design and implement automated controls and audit trails for financial processes About You Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years total SAP Finance experience with minimum 3+ years hands‑on S/4HANA FICO Proven experience with S/4HANA post-upgrade optimization and finance transformation in newly upgraded environments Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Finance certification CPA, or equivalent finance certification Experience with SAP BPC or SAP Analytics Cloud for planning and consolidation Knowledge of RPA tools for finance process automation The Perks Competitive salary Annual and long‑term incentives available for select roles Company‑matching pension plan Flexible health benefits for you and your family Generous vacation and personal days Learning and development programs Employee recognition and rewards Annual wellness allowance Background checks appropriate to the role may include criminal record, education and employment verification or credit checks. ‘Safety sensitive positions’ will be required to complete pre‑employment testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
