Job Summary SAP Fieldglass Functional Lead – 12‑month contract in downtown Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on leading the Fieldglass workstream within a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, driving design, standardization, and implementation for contingent workforce management. Responsibilities Lead the SAP Fieldglass workstream within a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, partnering with business stakeholders and Deloitte. Design and deliver future‑state contingent workforce management processes, reducing customizations and adopting clean‑core practices. Lead functional design workshops, gather requirements, facilitate decision‑making, and define future‑state contractor and contingent workforce processes. Improve key integrations and business processes, including Fieldglass integration with S/4HANA, Workday, and financial systems, resolving invoice processing, data synchronization, and operational challenges. Act as a senior functional leader and trusted advisor, managing complex stakeholder relationships and balancing competing business requirements, while providing lessons learned from previous implementations. Qualifications 7+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Fieldglass configuration, implementation, and support. Strong functional leadership and design experience, including leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and delivering future‑state solutions. Experience with large‑scale SAP transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations, and understanding of integration dependencies and end‑to‑end business processes. Experience integrating Fieldglass with S/4HANA, Workday, and other enterprise systems. Deep understanding of contingent workforce management (contractor onboarding, supplier management, timesheets, invoicing). Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and related solutions such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, or Concur. Knowledge of contractor compliance requirements, data migration, and SAP best practices. Compensation and Work Arrangements Hourly rate: $90–$100. Contract length: 12 months.
