Job Title: SAP Basis HANA Administrator Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis HANA Administrator with strong expertise in SAP landscape administration, SAP HANA database management, and enterprise production support. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience supporting complex SAP environments including ECC, BW, S/4HANA, and Solution Manager within large enterprise or banking environments. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP systems including ECC, BW, S/4HANA, and Solution Manager. Perform SAP HANA administration including monitoring, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Manage system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, patches, and transport management. Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and HANA implementation projects. Administer High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments. Monitor SAP systems and optimize system performance and stability. Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with security standards, user administration, and audit requirements. Provide production support and participate in on‑call rotations. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Required Skills 10+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience. Strong hands‑on experience with SAP HANA Administration. Experience supporting SAP ECC, BW, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and Solution Manager. Solid Linux/Unix administration skills. Expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, patches, and performance tuning. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred. Robust troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP Basis or SAP HANA certifications preferred. Experience in enterprise production support environments.
