SAP AI Orchestration Developer at Talan — NeverHard

Job Description Reporting to the Principal Director, SAP Innovation and IP and the Vice President, Delivery for engagement assignment, the SAP AI Orchestration Developer designs and builds AI-enabled business processes on the SAP Business AI platform. You connect models, data, and AI services to workflows, approvals, exception paths, and human controls that make a solution safe and useful in production. You partner with functional specialists, architects, and delivery teams to evaluate quality, manage risk, and document maintainable solutions. Your mission consists of: Technical and functional expertise Design and develop workflows that integrate AI services, prompts, models, and decisioning into user journeys. Implement document ingestion, vector embeddings, grounding and workflows in AI processes. Problem solving and analytical thinking Define human controls, autonomy rules, exception paths, and audit trails to limit the consequences of incorrect outputs. Evaluate outputs with real test sets, measure accuracy, and instrument solutions to detect drift early. Operational excellence Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and stabilization for AI-enabled scope. Collaboration and team mindset Work with functional specialists to understand the business process before automating it and produce documentation that support teams can use. Knowledge sharing Build reusable patterns, prompt libraries, and evaluation harnesses, then enable teams to understand the limits of the AI layer. #LI-SAMLEBEL
