We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Solution Architect with 8+ years of relevant experience to lead high-level solution design across the platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning — including planning and scheduling solutions — and will guide cross-functional teams through successful implementations while aligning solutions with business objectives and technical best practices. What we expect from you: 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, with a strong track record in solution architecture; comprehensive expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning, with particular depth in planning and scheduling processes; proven ability to define architecture principles and design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions in line with business goals and platform best practices; experience developing and maintaining high-level solution design documentation; strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations; the ability to establish and promote technical standards, integration practices, and platform optimization across projects; English skills sufficient for leading technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders.
