We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Specialist with 5+ years of relevant marketing automation experience to design, build, and deliver marketing solutions natively on the Salesforce Platform. The successful candidate will bring hands-on depth in campaign and journey design, multi-channel messaging, content creation, and Flow-based automation, translating marketing objectives into scalable, compliant, and results-focused engagement programs aligned with platform best practices. What we expect from you: 5+ years of relevant Salesforce marketing experience, with a strong track record delivering marketing automation solutions; hands-on expertise across Marketing Cloud Next, including campaign and journey design, audience segmentation, multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push), content creation on Salesforce CMS, and Flow-based (Campaign Flow) automation; proven ability to build personalisation and dynamic content, including scripting where required (Handlebars/AMPscript) and reusable content structures; a sound understanding of consent, privacy, and deliverability management — preference centres, GDPR/consent handling, sender authentication, and IP/domain configuration; the ability to translate marketing and stakeholder requirements into working solutions and to produce clear solution and configuration documentation; English skills sufficient for leading marketing and technical discussions with stakeholders. It would be a plus to have: relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud or core platform credentials); familiarity with Data Cloud (audience segmentation, unified profiles) and Einstein/Agentforce for marketing; migration experience from Marketing Cloud Engagement (ExactTarget) or Account Engagement (Pardot) to Marketing Cloud Next; familiarity with the wider Salesforce core platform (Flow, Experience Cloud forms and landing pages, permission sets) and integration with Sales and Service Cloud; experience with reporting and analytics — CRM Analytics and native reports and dashboards; exposure to deliverability at scale (e.g. dedicated IPs) and account-based marketing techniques.
