Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: Build and customize Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, using HTML/CSS for responsive design. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs. Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to custom Salesforce solutions. Identify and resolve issues related to platform integration, data migration, and campaign execution, ensuring that the marketing solutions are running smoothly. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. Help ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM during migration processes and email campaigns. Offer continued technical support and maintenance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions after migration is complete, including troubleshooting, updates, and improvements. Skills: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc. Experience with APIs and integrations. Experience working on an Agile development team. Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) are a plus.
