Learn more: www.beemcreditunion.ca What this role is all about The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Commercial and Small Business Divisions, ensuring a premium level of service to assigned business clients. This role focuses on accurate processing, compliance, and collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences and support business growth. This role is open to hybrid working arrangements working out of one of our Hubs. What you’ll doClient Service & Relationship Management Serves as secondary point of contact along with the Portfolio Manager and subject matter expert for business procedures to staff and clients. Builds strong partnerships with Portfolio Managers through efficient administrative processes and relationship-building techniques. Responds to client requests, processes transactions, and ensures seamless service delivery. Facilitates wire transfers, foreign exchange, and money instruments following AML and corporate guidelines. Assists Advisors and Relationship Managers with reactive client contacts and opportunity tracking. Administrative & Operational Support Processes Loan documents, changes, and deficiencies accurately and efficiently. Supports loan/mortgage administration, credit reviews, reporting, and scheduling. Processes Annual Line of Credit Reviews and assists with margin reporting for Small Business. Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for accurate data collection and compliance (AML, KYC). Collaboration Liaises with internal departments such as Credit Approvals, Legal, Lending Services, and external partners to ensure smooth processes. Proactively identifies and facilitates cross-referral opportunities between Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Advisors, and other internal partners. Coordinates with Cash Management department for credit card and payment solutions. Compliance & Risk Management Adheres to safety, security, and fraud prevention policies. Operates within transaction approval limits and follows AML guidelines. Investigates and follows up on potential fraudulent account activity. A little about your qualifications Post-secondary business diploma or degree Proficiency in Banking system, Microsoft suite i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word 3 to 5 years’ related experience with at least 1 year of lending experience Equivalent combination of the above may be appropriate Total Rewards Our total rewards approach reflects Beem's values — celebrating success, investing in your growth, and supporting you at work and in life.
