Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to support communication across departments and assist with digital content for our customers and e-commerce platforms, including Stanfields.com, StanfieldsFR.com, Elita.com, and Hotchillys.ca.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to update product information and profiles for company and partner e-commerce sites, including Amazon, Walmart, Belk, Faire, and Macy’s.
Manage data for the Elastic B2B portal.
Develop and maintain a database of key customer accounts while supporting the sales team in growing those accounts.
Support the sales team by managing key account requests, including account setup and preparing and sending packages.
Work with internal departments to support clear communication and smooth execution of sales activities, including sharing product updates with marketing and e-commerce teams and partners.
Maintain key account program and pricing information to ensure customer service and operating systems remain current.
Assists in tracking special pricing requests
Assist with trade show planning and execution
Keep management informed by creating/reviewing sales reports, summarizing key insights, and identifying trends.
Become an expert on company product and service offerings
Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external customers
Communicate customer feedback
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Manage and contribute to special projects as required
Additional Duties as assigned
Education:
Community College or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years’ experience in sales support
Skills and Experience:
Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated, energetic personality
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
Strong relationship building and follow-up skills
