Respect for ourselves grows through all the hard work and great service we provide to the communities we are privileged to serve. **Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:** + Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential. + Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services + Prepare bids, weekly reports and asset in coaching Sales Reps on cold calling new and existing customers. + Manage customer escalations as appropriate. + Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows. + Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service + Prospect and explore market opportunities + Build relationships and resolve challenges with current customers. + Develop relationships with coworkers, strategic planning, and account management. + Salary is base + bonus **Sales Supervisor Requirements:** + 3 years of management experience in an outside sales environment + Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. + Excellent customer service skills. + 5 years outside business-to-business contract sales with a proven track record of success. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. + Must demonstrate excellent time & territory management skills. + Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours. **The position provides:** + Local territory.
