Job DescriptionJob Description Sales Stylist, Made to Measure Menswear & Womenswear Surmesur Laval · Base salary + uncapped commission · $55K to $70K at target, top stylists earn $100K+ · Tuesday to Saturday This is a sales role Real numbers, real accountability, real upside. You guide clients through the full made to measure experience: fabric, design, measurements, fit. And you build a personal book of business you own for years. What you'll actually do Your day is split between client consultations and ownership of your sales portfolio. You advise on style, fabric, and fit. You take measurements. You handle fittings. You follow up on orders, bring clients back in, and turn one suit into a full wardrobe over time. You work the retail floor, keep the boutique sharp, and hit the sales targets that directly drive your commission. What we can't teach is hustle, taste, and the way you treat people. Schedule Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00 Closed Sunday and Monday.
