We are seeking Sales specialist to lead our sales organization. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives sustainable growth Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and ensure the achievement of sales targets Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create synergies that enhance customer acquisition and retention Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs Present sales forecasts and growth projections to the executive leadership team, providing insights on market dynamics and strategic initiatives Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: 3-5+ years of sales experience , with a proven track record of driving revenue growth Exceptional understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, including account-based selling and consultative sales approaches Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with experience in talent acquisition and development Bachelor degree Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of scaling sales organizations successfully Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficient in a deep understanding of sales analytics and reporting Experience with sales enablement platforms and methodologies that enhance productivity and effectiveness Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and building lasting relationships Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and seizing opportunities Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to change with agility and resilience
