Cascadia Metals is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Winnipeg branch. The successful candidate will be a driven team member who shares our passion for pairing quality products with great customer experience every step of the way. The right attitude towards work, collaboration with colleagues, and courteous, professional interactions with our valued customers are paramount to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and accurately processing orders
Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements
Making outbound calls to existing and potential new customers
Analyzing and resolving customer questions and concerns
Assisting in developing project bids
Creating and maintaining customer records
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
:
Strong instincts for sales and building customer relationships
Driven and results-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track, manage, and follow through effectively
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Team player with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
A post-secondary degree is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales and/or customer service experience
Previous steel-related experience is preferred but not mandatory
