Ram Freight Solutions is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing transportation and logistics team. If you have experience in freight, logistics, or B2B sales and enjoy building relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales goals, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses find reliable transportation solutions.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote Ram Freight Solutions' transportation and freight services.
Prepare quotes, negotiate rates, and close new business opportunities.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about transportation industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience (transportation, logistics, or freight industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent.
