Your Mission:
Design and execute targeted headhunting strategies for external sales roles
Proactively source, engage, and close top performers — you hunt talent, you don’t wait for it
Identify true sales hunters through sharp screening and in-depth interviews
Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and candidate intelligence
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality B2B sales talent
Own your recruitment funnel, track KPIs, and deliver against clear targets
What You Bring:
2+ years in recruitment agency with headhunting
B2B sales experience in industrial/construction/heavy equipment is strong asset as you will understand the reality of the role
A hunter mindset — competitive, proactive, and results-driven
Strong communication and persuasion skills — you know how to get to “yes”
Comfortable operating in a performance-based, target-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong judgment and discipline
Valid driver’s license and openness to occasional travel
