This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming sales and financial data into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales performance, profitability, pricing, and product/customer trends. Monitor sales results against budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for leadership. Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and business planning. Collaborate with sales, finance, and management to drive informed decision-making. Improve reporting tools and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, financial, or business performance analysis. Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools are an asset. Experience working with large datasets and creating dashboards. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
