Sales Operations Specialist Location: Remote - Canada-wide Opportunity at Microserve Position Overview Microserve is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support sales operations through administrative coordination, reporting, data management, process support, and day-to-day activities that help ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. You will work closely with internal teams across the company and contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency, data accuracy, and team enablement. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing reports and summaries of sales activities using internal tools and templates Help monitor sales performance metrics and compile data for team updates and meetings Coordinate internal training schedules and help track completion of required certifications for the sales team Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by organizing resources and tracking tasks Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., ConnectWise) with supervision Help facilitate customer satisfaction issue resolution by coordinating follow-ups, tracking open items, and supporting communication between internal teams Support sales process documentation and updates by maintaining current SOPs, quick-reference guides, and internal enablement resources Help identify process gaps or recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to support sales efficiency Coordinate follow-up on sales operations requests by tracking status, owners, and outstanding actions through to completion Support communication efforts including internal newsletters or announcements Participate in sales meetings and assist with meeting minutes, follow-ups, and scheduling Provide administrative support to the Sales team and VP of Sales as needed Assist with gathering data for quarterly business reviews and client presentations Learn to manage and support sales order documentation and inquiries Assist in organizing and maintaining team folders and sales documentation Support other projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency of the sales team Skills and Experience: 1+ experience in an office sales support/administrative role supporting sales teams Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with demonstrated abilities to manage change Some knowledge of Salesforce.com or CRM System: objects, data quality, custom workflows, reporting, and dashboard tools. Experience working both independently, as part of a team and in a matrix environment in which collaboration across all business functions is necessary Proven organizational skills and time management abilities Experience in putting together power point presentations Excellent professional, personable written and oral communication Proficient with basic computer hardware and software Exceptional attention to detail. Experience of Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. to simultaneously manage multitasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Compensation: In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act the range for this role for BC residents is $23 to $31 hourly. Please note that while the pay range of the role is listed here, this position’s salary is non-negotiable based on the geographical market. Your exact salary is determined based on a combination of your relevant experience, skill, competencies, and internal pay equity.
