This is a pipeline role where the opportunities for growth start! As you grow in the role and build your sales and industry knowledge, there may be potential progression into a Sales Representative role with Suntory.
This role is crucial in supporting the growing category of Ready-to-Drink (RTD), an exciting, fast-paced, and highly competitive category.
Role Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing and developing customers.
Create route to market plans for our customers in the Beer/Liquor Vendor channel.
Strengthen in‑store execution (shelf, display space, pricing, stock, and visibility).
Identify and secure high impact display and merchandising opportunities.
Ensure all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels.
Maintain accurate account data; submit required weekly visit reporting in CRM
Deliver territory commercial targets and KPI’s
Collaborate with the Sales team to support regional sales and marketing activations such as festivals, events, On-Premise partnerships, trade shows, and more.
Lead sampling events through product education and training.
Track competitive activity at store level and report to local team.
Manage inventory of storage locker marketing materials (POS, value-adds, etc)
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma preferred
1 year of merchandising experience preferred
Must maintain a valid driver’s license, meet company driving eligibility requirements, and have access to a reliable personal vehicle. A car allowance and fuel card are provided
Ability to lift 15-20 lbs. on a consistent basis
Travel within assigned territory
Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends

: Salary Range for Winnepeg, Manitboa $25-30k, along with a RRSP match after 3 months, and medical/dental and wellness benefits starting on day one. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
