What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
A proven track record of success in automotive sales leadership.
Experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume, high-performing dealership.
A passion for coaching, mentoring and holding people accountable to achieve exceptional results.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
A customer-first mindset with an unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding ownership experience.
High standards of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
Experience with dealership CRM systems, desking tools and DMS software. Experience in PBS is considered an asset.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, embraces accountability, and has the drive to continually improve both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and weekly training.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve and exceed dealership goals.
Ensure sales processes, CRM activities and customer follow-up standards are executed consistently.
Work closely with Finance, Service, Parts and the Used Vehicle Department to create an exceptional customer experience.
Assist with inventory management, manufacturer allocations and vehicle acquisition strategies.
Help maintain the winning culture that has made Meidl Honda Saskatchewan's #1 Honda dealership.
