The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. Because our hotel is still relatively new to the market, this is a unique opportunity to shape our growth trajectory and build a dominant market presence from the ground up. You will play a vital role in positioning our property as the top choice for corporate travelers, groups, and extended-stay guests in North Toronto.If you have a passion for hospitality sales and a proven track record of securing new business, we want you to help us drive our revenue goals to the next level. Key Responsibilities As our Sales Manager, you will craft and execute strategies that deliver measurable results. Your day-to-day focus will include: Driving Revenue: Lead local and regional sales efforts to capture corporate, group, and leisure business. Prospecting & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North Toronto market. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and local partners. Revenue Collaboration: Work closely with hotel leadership and revenue management to optimize pricing, manage group blocks, and achieve overall revenue targets. Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to provide targeted, solution-focused sales strategies. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should bring the following skills and experiences: Minimum of 2+ years of proactive sales experience within the hotel and hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Strong working knowledge of the North Toronto corporate and group market. Familiarity with Hilton property management and sales systems (OnQ, Delphi) is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
