We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Finance Manager to join our leadership team at Crown Mazda. This role combines automotive sales leadership with finance and insurance responsibilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Advisors to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, including deal structuring, financing, and delivery
Manage all finance and insurance activities while maintaining profitability and compliance
Conduct credit interviews, secure lender approvals, and present protection products including warranties and GAP coverage
Appraise trade-in vehicles and assist with deal closing
Ensure accurate completion of finance documentation and timely contract funding
Maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a positive, high-performance culture
Meet or exceed established sales and finance KPIs
Lead by example by consistently demonstrating Crown Auto Groups mission, vision, and values
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma
Current MPI Salesperson Permit or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Minimum of 2 years of sales and Finance experience; automotive experience strongly preferred
2-3 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing teams is considered a strong asset
Valid drivers license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, business partners, and internal teams
Highly resourceful, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
