Sales Manager – Lead and Grow a High-Performing TeamWe’re looking for a driven and organized Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced commercial lending environment. This role focuses on guiding daily sales activity, maintaining accountability, and helping drive consistent revenue growth through strong leadership and structured processes.In this position, you’ll work closely with the team to improve performance, provide coaching, and ensure leads are effectively managed from initial contact through closing. You’ll help create a productive, positive sales culture by setting clear expectations, tracking key metrics, and offering ongoing support that keeps the team focused and moving forward.This opportunity is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a results-driven environment. The right person will be focused on developing people, improving efficiency within the sales pipeline, and helping the team consistently reach growth targets.
Compensation:
$59,900 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability.Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation efforts.Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective lead conversion.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and celebrate successes together as a team.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experienceExperience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements effectively.Strong skills in coaching and supporting team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.Experience in collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.Ability to manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective lead conversion.Excellent communication skills to conduct team meetings, share best practices, and celebrate team successes together.
