Evido is looking for a Sales Lead / Regional Sales Manager who can combine two things: strong personal sales performance and the ability to build and manage a regional sales team. This is not a purely managerial role. At the beginning, we expect the person to be actively involved in sales: building pipeline, talking to potential clients, running negotiations, and closing deals. Over time, the focus will gradually shift toward managing direct reports responsible for specific regional markets. The key goal of the role is to help us scale international sales and create a team that is not only active, but also financially effective and able to generate sustainable margin. What you will do You will be responsible for developing sales in selected international markets, with a focus on regions such as GCC / MENA, Arab-speaking countries, and Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities will include: owning sales development for assigned regions; managing the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing; personally selling and developing new client relationships; qualifying opportunities and identifying the most promising markets; preparing and delivering pitches for potential clients; negotiating commercial terms and closing deals; working closely with client success and operations teams to ensure smooth handover after the sale; building and managing a small team of regional sales managers over time; setting goals, tracking performance, and managing sales KPIs; improving sales processes, pipeline reporting, and team routines; ensuring that the sales team contributes to revenue growth and becomes margin-positive. Role focus At the beginning, the role will be approximately: 60–70% hands-on sales / 40–30% management and process building. As the team grows and starts generating stable results, the focus may shift toward: 30–40% hands-on sales / 70–60% team management and strategic sales development. Requirements Must-have 2–3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role: Sales Lead, Team Lead, Regional Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or similar. Strong hands-on B2B sales experience. Proven ability to both sell personally and manage other sales people. Experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing. Understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, revenue, gross profit, and margin. Experience working with international markets. Fluent English. Strong Russian language skills are highly preferred. Ability to build processes in a fast-changing environment. Ownership mindset: the person should care not only about activity, but about business result. Nice-to-have Experience in digital marketing, advertising, adtech, IT, SaaS, or performance marketing. Experience with GCC / MENA, Arab-speaking countries, or Eastern Europe. Experience building a sales team from an early stage. Experience working in remote or international teams.
