Here’s what we offer:
Base Salary:
$50,000/year +
industry-leading commissions
Commission structure:
Up-front and residual commissions ($20 per RCE) with incremental increases based on performance

What You’ll Do
As an
Energy Specialist / Appointment Booker
, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth — connecting with businesses across Ontario, introducing them to smarter energy solutions, and helping them save money while achieving stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new commercial customers via outbound calls (100–150 per day)
Schedule appointments and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Account Management teams to close deals
Maintain integrity, transparency, and professionalism in every interaction
Track progress, meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly RCE targets
Manage your pipeline efficiently with strong time-management and goal-setting habits
