The role
We are looking for a
technically strong, commercially driven Consulting Sales Lead
to drive growth across our AI-led modernization offerings.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Consulting
Solutioning
Sales execution
This is a
practitioner-led sales role
, not a traditional account management role.
You will
Work closely with clients to:
Identify high-value problems
Shape solution approaches
Position structured offerings
Convert opportunities into revenue
Consultative Problem Identification
Engage clients (CIO, CTO, Data, Product leaders)
Identify modernization and AI opportunities
Translate business problems into structured solution areas
Offering-Led Selling
Sell
pre-defined offerings

Position value propositions clearly
Drive

Work with:
Solution Architects to Shape solution approach
Practice Leads to Define scope

Client Relationship (Consultative, Not Administrative)
Act as a trusted advisor

Who you are
6–10 years in:
Technology consulting
Product roles
Solution engineering + sales
Strong
product or engineering background
Experience in
