Sales Executive – Building & Infrastructure at Бюро Веритас Казахстан Индастриал Сервисез — NeverHard

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan Industrial Services LLP is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to support the growth of our Building & Infrastructure business in Kazakhstan. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across a broad portfolio of technical and consulting services. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets for Building & Infrastructure services. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, EPC companies, government entities, investors, and industrial clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project award. Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop tailored service solutions for clients. Maintain and update CRM pipelines, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify strategic growth opportunities within Kazakhstan. Sales and business development services for Building & Infrastructure, including: - Technical Supervision (Construction Supervision) - Technical Due Diligence (TDD) - Project Management & PMC - HSE Consulting - Building Inspection - QA/QC Services - Industrial and Infrastructure Inspection - Environmental & Sustainability Services - Laboratory Testing and Materials Testing - Certification and Compliance Services Education & Experience Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience . Proven experience within the construction, infrastructure, engineering, inspection, testing, certification, consulting, or technical services sectors . Strong network and understanding of the Kazakhstan construction and infrastructure market.
