The Role
Were looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team in Canada. This is not an entry-level role, were looking for professionals who know the rhythm of outbound sales, are confident on the phones, and thrive in high-performance environments (ideally with agency experience).
In this role, youll be responsible for generating qualified meetings with decision-makers for our technology clients, using a proven multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more). Youll leverage provided prospect lists while bringing your own expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
What Youll Do
Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech clients in the US and Canada.
Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers.
Work with our Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
Use our tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and report results accurately.
Contribute ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes.
What Were Looking For
2+ years experience in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
Strong understanding of US and Canadian markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and via digital channels.
Results-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working toward clear targets.
Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
