Proactively engage customers while their vehicles are being serviced to discuss current vehicle values, ownership costs, and available upgrade options. Deliver a consultative, customer-first sales experience with no pressurefocused on helping customers make informed decisions. Conduct vehicle appraisals and present trade-in opportunities. Work closely with the Service, Parts, Finance & Insurance, and Sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Generate sales appointments from the service drive through relationship building and exceptional customer service. Follow up with existing customers to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat business. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current vehicle inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing, leasing, and protection products. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using the dealership CRM. Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and sales performance goals. Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
