The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Sales Consultant for its Land Rover & Volvo Kelowna dealership.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive or commissioned sales experience is considered an asset, but not required. Sales expereince is a must!
Passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

hat You’ll Do:
Greet and engage customers with professionalism and confidence
Understand each customer’s lifestyle, needs, and preferences to match them with the ideal vehicle
Present, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned luxury vehicles
Cultivate relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain knowledge of all current models, features, and incentives
Follow up with leads and prospects using CRM tools and best-in-class communication
Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
