This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant, Bilingual (English/French) in Canada.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing inside sales team focused on delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the insurance industry. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, while acting as a trusted advisor to independent insurance agencies. The position combines consultative selling with strategic business discussions, helping clients identify challenges and align solutions to their growth objectives. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where performance, learning, and customer impact are highly valued. This is a quota-carrying role with strong earning potential and uncapped commission structure. It also provides the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while contributing directly to business growth.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through a full-cycle, consultative sales approach focused on SaaS solutions for the insurance sector.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
Engage with independent insurance agency owners as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and challenges
Translate client needs into tailored SaaS-based solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management
Conduct business-focused discussions that go beyond product features to provide strategic guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success alignment
Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven, and collaborative sales culture
Requirements:
This role requires strong B2B sales experience with a proven ability to manage full-cycle sales processes and close complex deals in a consultative environment.
3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience (prospecting to closing)
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required)
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and territory growth objectives
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to act as a business advisor to clients
Experience selling SaaS solutions is considered an asset
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into solution-based recommendations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
