Sales Closer Remote
Hirematic Talent Solutions is hiring a Sales Closer for a growing professional education and business development organization.
The organization helps ambitious professionals turn their skills and experience into greater career opportunities, income, and business ownership.
Its work is focused around two transformational programs:
GRC Consulting Experience Program
Designed for professionals who already have GRC training or relevant adjacent experience but need practical exposure that turns knowledge into credibility.
Participants work around real business problems and client-facing GRC situations-including evidence review, control gaps, risk, findings, and recommendations-to develop stronger practical experience, interview stories, professional confidence, and marketability.
Founder Studio
Designed for experienced professionals in areas such as
GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, audit, and AI governance
who want to turn their existing expertise into a consulting business.
The program helps professionals build the commercial infrastructure around their expertise, including a clear offer, defined ideal clients, stronger positioning, lead generation, sales, and a repeatable client-acquisition system.
One program helps professionals turn
knowledge into credible experience
.
The other helps experienced professionals turn
expertise into a business
.
We're looking for an exceptional closer who can sell both.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role for someone who simply knows how to deliver a pitch.
Our prospects are making serious decisions about their careers, businesses, and financial futures.
Some have invested heavily in GRC training but still struggle to demonstrate practical experience when employers ask,
"What have you actually done?"
Others already have years of professional expertise but haven't figured out how to package that expertise into an offer companies will pay for.
Your job is to understand which problem is sitting in front of you, diagnose it properly, and lead the prospect toward the right decision.
Your objective is straightforward:
Turn qualified opportunities into successful client enrollments.
What You'll Own
You will own qualified sales conversations from discovery through close.
You'll be responsible for:
Taking booked sales calls with qualified prospects
Running structured, consultative discovery
Understanding the prospect's current situation, goals, frustrations, motivations, and urgency
Identifying whether the prospect has a knowledge, experience, positioning, lead-generation, or sales problem
Determining whether the GRC Consulting Experience Program or Founder Studio is the right fit
Communicating the value and expected outcomes of each program clearly
Handling objections around money, timing, confidence, risk, and decision-making
Confidently asking for the sale when there is a genuine fit
Following up strategically with qualified prospects who don't enroll on the first call
Managing your pipeline and maintaining excellent CRM hygiene
Accurately documenting conversations, objections, next steps, and outcomes
Working closely with setters and leadership to improve conversion
Identifying recurring objections and opportunities to improve the sales process
This is a
closing role
.
We expect you to listen deeply and sell ethically-but we also expect you to confidently lead the conversation toward a decision.
Who You'll Be Selling To
For the
GRC Consulting Experience Program
, you'll typically speak with professionals who have already invested in learning GRC or come from an adjacent professional background but still lack the practical experience and credible examples they need to compete confidently for stronger roles.
For
Founder Studio
, you'll speak with experienced professionals who already possess valuable expertise but need help turning that expertise into a commercially viable consulting business.
That means the psychology of the two conversations is different.
A great closer understands that.
You need to be able to move between a career-focused conversation about
experience, credibility, and professional advancement
and an entrepreneurial conversation about
offers, clients, revenue, and ownership
.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent sales professional who can
diagnose before they prescribe
.
You may be a strong fit if you:
Have demonstrated experience closing high-ticket offers
Are comfortable selling programs or services worth several thousand dollars
Can conduct genuine discovery rather than mechanically following a script
Know how to uncover the real problem behind a prospect's stated objection
Can distinguish hesitation from a genuine lack of fit
Understand how to sell outcomes rather than features
Can discuss money confidently and professionally
Know how to create urgency without manufacturing pressure
Are comfortable challenging prospects when necessary
Can ask directly for the sale
Follow up relentlessly and intelligently
Take ownership of your pipeline and revenue performance
Maintain excellent CRM discipline
Accept coaching without ego
Review your performance and actively improve your close rate
Communicate exceptionally well by phone, Zoom, video, and written follow-up
Experience selling
education, consulting, coaching, professional development, career transformation, or business-building offers
is particularly relevant.
Experience selling to cybersecurity/GRC professionals is valuable, but not mandatory if you can learn the market quickly.
How to Apply
Please submit:
Your resume
Your LinkedIn profile
A short voice note (or)
A short video introduction
The voice note or video is mandatory.
In your video, briefly answer:
Why are you interested in this opportunity?
What high-ticket products, programs, or services have you sold previously?
Walk us through your approach to discovery and closing.
Tell us about a difficult objection you successfully converted into a sale.
How do you approach a prospect who says,
"I need to think about it"
?
Why do you believe you can successfully sell both the GRC Consulting Experience Program and Founder Studio?
We're interested in more than your experience.
We want to see
how you communicate, how you think, how you diagnose, and how you sell.
If you're a high-performing closer who wants ownership of a real pipeline, can represent a brand exceptionally well, and knows how to turn qualified conversations into confident decisions,
we want to hear from you.
