We’re looking for a Sales BDC Representative who is confident on the phone, quick with follow-up, organized with customer information, and excited to help turn online leads, calls, and inquiries into booked appointments for our dealership sales teams.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers looking for their next vehicle, helping guide them through the early stages of their buying journey and connecting them with the right sales team.

What you’ll be doing:
Actively engage existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and text communication to generate applications and booked appointments
Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs, vehicle interests, budget, and timeline
Re-engage past customers, missed opportunities, and unsold showroom traffic to create new opportunities
Use CRM tools to accurately capture customer information, track activity, and manage follow-ups
Maintain consistent outbound activity focused on appointment setting and lead conversion
Collaborate with sales teams to support daily appointment targets
Promote inventory, offers, and financing options to create customer interest
Book, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments to ensure high show rates
Provide a professional, friendly customer experience in all interactions
What we're looking for:
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
Customer service guru, in other words a people person
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate and telephone savvy
Passion for teamwork
Organization skills
Inspire others, so the sum of the whole becomes greater than its parts
Have a passion for growth and advancement
Bonus points if you have call center experience

Annual Salary: $36,000-$60,000 plus bonus based on performance metrics
