You’re the first smile guests see when they walk in and the last impression they leave with. You’ll be part concierge, part sales pro, part vibe curator — and yes, part team player who keeps the center clean and running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing (where you'll shine ): Greeting every guest with confidence, warmth, and personality Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately Educating guests on our services and wax pass packages Selling wax passes — while earning bonuses Managing appointment flow and supporting our Wax Associates throughout the day Handling phones, booking appointments, and resolving guest questions Keeping the front desk, lobby, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Assisting with daily cleaning tasks — because details matter and teamwork wins Confirming appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day. What We’re Looking For: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to anyone An upbeat attitude & committed to delighting our guests Sales-driven mindset — you love goals, bonuses, and winning Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to pitch in with cleaning and center upkeep (this is a shared responsibility) Flexible availability including nights and weekends (that’s when the money’s made) Positive attitude and a strong work ethic — no wallflowers here Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
