As an integral part of the Seasonal Impact team, you will discover: Growth:Personal and professional growth Engagement:All hands-on attitude Teamwork:Solve problems together Service:To each other and our clients What You Bring to the Table Strong experience in the construction or landscaping industry A National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is an asset A Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification is an asset Health & Safety Auditor Certification (COR / SECOR) Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) certification is an asset 5+ years of proven experience providing hands-on training, conducting safety audits, and investigating workplace incidents Strong proficiency with the Google and Microsoft suites, alongside excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities- Willingness to travel between our Alberta branches to support regional operations About the Opportunity The Safety & Training Manager is responsible for directing and managing day-to-day safety functions, ensuring compliance, and elevating the overall safety program across all Seasonal Impact brands and affiliates. Promoting a proactive safety culture by advising on safety topics, organizing employee training, and leading health and safety meetings Conducting site risk assessments, enforcing preventative measures, and inspecting premises Ensuring total alignment with Alberta and Federal Transport safety regulations to maintain our Safety Fitness Certificate Managing COR safety audits, WCB compliance, and external portals like Avetta and ISNetworld Creating site-specific safety plans, managing individual certifications, investigating incidents, and overseeing workers' compensation and modified work programs Seasonal Impact Offers: Positive team and safety-conscious atmosphere Competitive pay and benefits Special perks and fun company social events Continuous training, growth, and development opportunities Clear communication and expectations
