We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Construction Safety Officer (CSO)
to help maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment on our construction projects. If you are passionate about workplace safety and have a strong understanding of construction operations, we'd like to hear from you!

Qualifications
Certified Construction Safety Officer (CSO), NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent safety designation preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of construction safety experience.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Experience conducting inspections, incident investigations, and safety training.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and worker orientations.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation.
