Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Rubber Surfacing Installers to complete installations on a subcontract basis. This role is ideal for individuals or small crews who take pride in high-quality finishes and efficient job execution. ⸻ Responsibilities • Surface preparation (cleaning, repairs, priming, masking) • Mixing and applying rubber surfacing systems (EPDM/SBR and TPV / rubber crumb) • Troweling and finishing to a professional standard • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites • Communicating effectively with the project team • Completing projects on schedule while meeting quality expectations ⸻ Requirements • Experience in rubber surfacing, concrete coatings, or similar trades (preferred) • Own tools and reliable transportation • Ability to travel within Durham, Kawarthas, and Simcoe County • Strong attention to detail and workmanship • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew • Compensation • Competitive per-project pay (based on experience and project scope) • Steady pipeline of work during peak season • Opportunity for ongoing subcontract partnership ⸻ Preferred (Not Required) • Experience with epoxy or concrete coatings • Existing crew/team • Experience working on residential properties with customers present
