Job DescriptionJob Description Deliverables for the Intermediate IAM Consultants: Configure identities, accounts, permissions, roles, access bundles, and access catalog items. Support application onboarding by defining and validating account, entitlement, and access mappings. Configure identity collections and access collections based on approved design rules. Build request catalog structures and ensure access visibility behaves as expected. Configure approval rules, routing logic, and reviewer ownership based on functional design. Configure and validate certification campaigns, review scopes, certifier assignments, and remediation behavior. Support reconciliation, correlation, and data load validation. Troubleshoot catalog visibility, collection membership, request submission, approval routing, and fulfillment-related issues. Work with integration teams on REST APIs, JSON payloads, data feeds, and connector behavior. Consume and process real-time event streams from Oracle Access Governance (OAG) streaming services. Candidate must have experience with high-volume ingestion using technologies such as Oracle Streaming, Kafka, OCI Streaming, or equivalent, with robust error handling and replay capabilities. Normalize and transform complex, semi-structured OAG streaming payloads (JSON/XML events with nested entitlements, risk scores, policy metadata, and audit attributes) into structured, query-optimized schemas. This includes designing and maintaining dimensional models suitable for enterprise data warehouses while preserving full auditability. Validate request-to-approval-to-fulfillment traceability. Prepare technical configuration documents, deployment steps, and operational support notes. Support defect triage during SIT, UAT, and production readiness phases. Requirements Experience and Skill Set Requirements: Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with strong experience working with Oracle Identity Management and Oracle Access Governance 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Access Governance Experience designing end-to-end access request, approval, fulfillment, review, and lifecycle governance processes. Oracle Identity Governance or OIM engineering experience. Oracle EBS responsibility and role model experience. Experience with ERP, finance, HR, or other entitlement-heavy applications. Skill Set Requirements: Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with strong experience working with Oracle Identity Management and Oracle Access Governance. 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Access Governance and its deployment at enterprise customers with 60,000+ user identities. Experience in end to end design and deployment of Oracle Access Governance reporting solution by leveraging the streaming services provided by Oracle. Experience designing end-to-end access request, approval, fulfillment, review, and lifecycle governance processes. Experience configuring access bundles, requestable access, access ownership, and catalog visibility. Experience with identity collections, access collections, approval workflows and access review campaigns. Ability to troubleshoot reconciliation, correlation, mapping, and access visibility issues. Strong Java and API expertise in supporting complex user lifecycle management operation requirements with Oracle Access Governance. Experience in building and securing a React based User Interface and integrating it with Oracle Access Governance, while ensuring user security, context driven workflows and auditability. Expert-level development of custom connectors and adapters using Oracle Access Governance Generic REST connectors, and orchestration for non-standard systems (e.g., proprietary apps, legacy mainframes, or complex SaaS without prebuilt connectors), including full reconciliation and provisioning. Experience in integrating and managing user lifecycle through Oracle Access Governance with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM. SQL or data validation skills. Ability to analyze logs and diagnose configuration or integration issues. Preferred Skills: Oracle Identity Governance or OIM engineering experience. Oracle EBS responsibility and role model experience. Experience with ERP, finance, HR, or other entitlement-heavy applications. Experience with OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud, or enterprise integration services. Scripting experience for data comparison, validation, or bulk checks.
