We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that drive success.
Lead OCM delivery across the NextGen Procurement transformation program and other large enterprise change initiatives.
Provide expert consulting advice, guidance, and coaching to build organizational knowledge and expertise in OCM.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in OCM, with a proven track record on large projects handling various stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage OCM initiatives and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
