Strong proficiency in service design tools and techniques (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprinting, personas). Expertise in creating and interpreting customer journey maps and service blueprints to visualize service interactions. AODA/WCAG Nice to have: Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Responsibilities: Create effective, user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
