Job Title RN (Registered Nurse), Telemetry City/State: Centennial, Colorado Shift: 12H Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 09/14/2026 Job Description: The RN (Registered Nurse) in Telemetry will provide care to a range of adult and geriatric patients with varied diagnoses, including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and urology-post surgicals. The role requires the ability to float within Zone 1 hospitals around Colorado Springs, CO, and adapt to various units based on staffing needs. Responsibilities: Provide patient care in multiple units, including MS-Tele and specialty areas like Cardiac, Neuro, and Oncology. Float between designated facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed. Adjust to schedule needs, including being on-call for low census and working weekends and holidays as required. Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6 based on acuity; assist as designated charge if necessary. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience; neuro experience preferred. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Ability to float to and work in various specialties and acuity levels such as ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele. Adaptability to flexibly work in a region without a home base facility.
