Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg - 12 Hour Nights This is a 13-week contract position. 12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled. Required to work every other weekend, with a preference for grouped Friday shifts. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care for patients in a MedSurg setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide patient-centered care in a MedSurg environment. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including post-surgical cases. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with clinical staff and management for patient care decisions. Participate in patient education and discharge planning. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Experience in MedSurg nursing preferred. Comfortable managing various patient diagnoses, including palliative and hospice care. Willingness to work with both 'clean' and 'dirty' patient assignments.
