Travel RN - Med Surg 2S - Stroke Unit Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Job Description The Travel RN will provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the Med Surg 2S - Stroke Unit. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering appropriate treatment while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Florida state or multistate RN license. Current BLS and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg RN experience required.
