About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

The Opportunity:
As we scale, we need a sharp commercial mind to connect the dots between market opportunity, marketing investment, sales execution, and operational capacity. This role is the connective tissue between our growth engine and our ability to deliver. This is an individual contributor role with high cross-functional visibility
What You Will Do:
Build and maintain bottoms-up lead volume models by territory, channel, and product line
Determine lead requirements needed to hit revenue targets given conversion rates, job type, and sales capacity
Partner with Marketing to translate lead targets into budget and channel mix recommendations
Track funnel performance and flag when lead flow, quality, or conversion is off-plan
Model the impact of new market launches, seasonal shifts, and campaign changes on pipeline
Own quota and territory planning in partnership with Sales leadership
Maintain pipeline coverage standards and forecast accuracy
Model sales capacity — headcount, ramp time, productivity — against revenue targets
Identify gaps between pipeline and plan early enough to act
Partner with supply chain on demand planning — unit forecasts, inventory positioning, lead time management
Own forecast accuracy — track assumptions vs. actuals and continuously improve the model
Reconcile what Sales is selling with what Operations can actually deliver
Flag capacity constraints before they become customer problems
Maintain the company demand and revenue forecast model used across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Deliver a regular planning cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with clear variance analysis
Support annual and quarterly re-forecasting cycles
What You Bring:
5–8 years in FP&A, business analytics, or commercial planning
Experience in a business with both physical goods and field labor
Proven ability to build bottoms-up revenue models from scratch
Equally comfortable in a room with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Strong Google Sheets modeling skills; proficiency with BI tools
Thinks in scenarios and tradeoffs, not just reporting of actuals
Low ego, high accountability — this role influences without authority
Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient; yet analytical enough to scrutinize AI assumptions

Benefits:
