We are looking for an experienced and analytical Revenue Management Manager (Administrative Department) to oversee revenue optimization, financial monitoring, and property-related financial operations. The role involves managing financial performance, overseeing lease processes, and ensuring efficient revenue collection while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare management information, presentations, and revenue reports for senior leadership Develop and analyze short- and long-term income and cost forecasts Collaborate with finance teams to finalize and execute lease agreements Monitor and evaluate marketing channels and sales performance strategies Analyze operational, financial, and marketing data to support market share growth Manage the invoicing and billing process in compliance with internal policies and RoK Tax Code Ensure efficient debt collection and maintain a high accounts receivable turnover ratio Monitor tenant payments and manage debtor relationships Develop and initiate policies and procedures for property allocation Oversee rent collection, handle late payments, and manage operating expenses Ensure confidentiality, safety, and compliance in procurement and financial documentation Maintain full compliance with AIFC regulations, internal policies, and applicable legislation Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or Line Manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred 3–5 years of experience in finance, revenue management, sales, or related fields Professional certifications in Finance and Accounting are an advantage Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures Strong stakeholder management skills Effective time management and organizational abilities
