If you're a hands-on leader with a mechanical mindset and a track record of developing people, this one's worth a closer look. --- **The Role** You'll have full ownership of the store's day-to-day operation, leading a team of 15–20 people in a dynamic indoor/outdoor environment. This is a floor-level leadership role. You'll be visible, engaged, and setting the standard every day.
