This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference. Responsibilities Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require Compensation Base wage $17.75/hr plus uncapped commission Permanent full-time or part-time positions available Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
