Job DescriptionJob Description We are small new and used tool store seeking a Retail Associate/Cashier/Merchandiser to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Keep store organized and cleaned Responsible to do a little bit of cleaning Responsible on cash handling and POS system Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Dependable and reliable You must speak and understand English very well Can follow our simple store standard rules \nCompany Description The nature of our business is to buy and sell new and used products mostly in power tools, hand tools, hardware and etc. We are looking for a part time and potentially becoming a full-time.
